I found my self with a Photoshop design but can't seem to get around my creative side of the brain to slice it up correctly. The goal is to create a Theme for the site I'm working on.
The plan is to create a sub-theme from Zen and customize to look like the design. The steps I would follow are
1. slice up the psd file and export it to html and css, that way I have all the graphics and colors. I found the videos in the Tv Adobe for Fireworks
2. make changes to the new theme with what I see in the exported design.
This is easier said than done, still need the correct font and font size.

A CiviCRM and Drupal Completeness Profile
I created a small addon module for CiviCRM 3.0 and Drupal 6.14. that shows the percentage of the information a user has entered. Each profile assigned for Drupals profile from CiviCRM is one equal part of the calculation. So, if you have assigned a 4 profiles to the profile then each would be 25%, if a record exists in the custom_value_ exists, it means that the user has entered the minimum required information on that record.
